iPhone app — coming to the App StoreLempart Communications is a mobile connectivity provider for travellers. We sell prepaid mobile data for use abroad, delivered as an eSIM — a digital SIM your phone downloads instead of a plastic card. Each plan is a fixed data allowance (for example 1 GB, 5 GB or 10 GB) valid for a fixed number of days (for example 7, 15 or 30) in one country or in a group of countries.
Data for one destination — the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Japan and 193 more — in several sizes and durations.
One eSIM that works across a group of countries, for trips that cross borders — Europe, North America, Asia and others.
Nothing is shipped. The eSIM is issued the moment the payment is confirmed and installed from the app or a QR code. Usage and expiry are shown in the app.
Data only: plans do not include a phone number, calls or SMS. Speeds and coverage depend on the local mobile networks in each destination.

Your phone must be eSIM-capable and not locked to a carrier. Plans activate on first use unless stated otherwise on the plan.
A plan is refunded in full on request as long as the eSIM has not been installed. Once the eSIM is installed, or once any data has been used, the plan is not refundable — except when the eSIM could not be activated in its coverage area through no fault of yours, in which case we refund in full.
