Lempart Flex Acceptable Use Plans are for your own personal use on one phone. Please do not: • resell, rent or share a plan, or use it to provide a service to others; • use a plan for anything illegal, for sending spam, or for attacking networks or devices; • use automated or machine-to-machine traffic beyond what a phone in normal use generates, unless the plan says it is allowed; • try to bypass fair-use limits, speed caps or the coverage area. Tethering (personal hotspot) is allowed where the plan lists it; some networks restrict it. Fair-use amounts and reduced speeds are stated on each plan.
